Philly Sports Wave : Week 10 DFS Sleepers
NEW RULE- WE NEVER MENTION WENTZ AS A TOP PLAY EVER.....WE LEARNED THAT LESSON TODAY
***Check back on Sunday morning for UPDATES and any Changes. Ride that Wave!!!!***
THIS WEEK IS KIND OF AN OFF WEEK FOR US. WE HAVE FOCUSED ON THE MASTERS ALOT AND ARE PLAYING THE LOWEST WEEKLY AMOUNT OF CONTESTS THAT WE HAVE FOR THE YEAR. WE ARE STILL IN A GOOD AMOUNT BUT NOWHERE NEAR THE AMOUTN OF PLAYS THAT A REGULAR SUNDAY HAS.
UPDATES SUNDAY AM:
QB- Still heavy on Wentz and Goff. Building alot with Kyler still but he is higher owned than we expected. We were hoping that his cost would cause less of an ownership because we think he crushes today.
Herbert and Tua are both decent plays in their matchups. We are playing them alittle but not heavy.
RB-Expected high ownership for Mike Davis. We are starting to move some of our plays off of him to Gio Bernard at a lower cost so we can fit in stud WRs.
WR- Brandon Aiyuk is going to be the focus of the 9ers offense we think. All of the James focus last week will be pushed to the extreme talent of Aiyuk. Don't be scared of the Lattimer matchup either. We will have him in lineups but aren't going heavy because 49ers offense is still hard to figure out.
TE- Sticking with the studs, Goedert, and Ebron. Not really playing any others.
JB’S WEEK
10 PICKS
Bonus- I
also Like Drew Lock again this week stacking Jeudy in lineups
Facing a
Lions D that is dreadful against the run allowing the most points per game to
running backs on the year with 7 different RB’s scoring over 20 pts this
season. He is involved in the passing game as well making him a duel threat . I
also like the counterpart here as a sneaky flex play in some lineups in J.D.
McKissic who was also a target monster out of the backfield when Smith came in
last week.
WR-
Brandin Cooks
He has been
heavily involved in the offense and his numbers show. He now faces a Browns D
that has allowed multiple TD’s to the WR position over the past few weeks and
rank in the bottom 10 in the league to point allowed to WR position for the
season. Should spell a nice day for Cooks.
Bonus – I
also Like Cooper Kupp and Juedy stack Kupp with Goff and come back with Cooks
could be nice play as well.
TE- ERIC
EBRON
Bengals have
struggled all season against the TE position but most recently have allowed
scores to TE in the past 4 games. Compare that Ebron and his small run of at
least 11 ppg past 3 games and the repour he has developed with Big Ben I expect
a nice day from a razor thin position , especially with Kelce on a bye.
Bonus- I
also like Burton for Thursday night game and Engram who looks like he is
starting to catch on to the offense for the Giants
DEF-
SAINTS
Coming off a
dominant performance against the Bucs they now face the injury riddled 49ers
and Nick Mullins. I like the Saints here .
CHOL'S GRIP IT AND RIP IT PICKS
QB- Kyler Murray
Not really a sleeper but people may be thrown off because he is the highest costing QB on DK this week so players may look to cheaper options instead of penciling in the top play. This is an ideal week to stack him and DHOP (every week really is!) but I will be heavy on him once again. See below for cheaper options.
Bonus- Wentz- should have a bust out game with all of his "weapons" finally back. The Giants defense is decent but Wentz should go low owned.
Watson- Deshaun should continue to clean up in the air and on the ground and I expect fireworks from him against Cleveland. Stack him with Cooks-who JB loves this week.
Brady- Tom is coming off one of the worst games of his career and I expect him to come back with vengeance against a Carolina defense that he should be able to thread. A full game stack may work here!
RB- MILES SANDERS
He will look to be involved often in his first game back from injury and I expect him to do it through the air and on the ground. He is a great PPR play and with a decent price in DFS he looks to be money well spent this week.
Bonus: Updates Sunday
WR- Cooper Kupp
He continues to get a ton of targets. If he can get back to the ways that he was last year and reach the endzone his stats for DFS would explode. I think he reaches the endzone this week and is targeted over 10 times again. Expect a solid game from Coop!
Bonus – I also Like Cooper Kupp and Jeudy stack Kupp with Goff and come back with Cooks could be nice play as well.
TE- ROB GRONKOWSKI
Brady and Gronk should both have games this week that make up for the lack of performance last week. I expect Gronk to reach the endzone and likely be around 60 yards receiving. He may even get two TDs. It really depends on where they are going in from. There are alot of options for Brady on offense but Gronk is still his biggest and the one that he is most familiar with.
Bonus- HOCKENSON- He just continues to do his thing!
GOEDERT- He was non-existent in his first game back. Get ready for him to be heavily involved in the gameplan this week after having a bye week to prepare and recover more.
DEF- EAGLES
The Eagles D often steps up in divisional matchups especially when the team on the other side has a good defense as well. The Giants and Eagles will both look to prove themselves on the defensive side of the football. Both are nice plays. I prefer the Eagles and that isnt because I am clearly a Birds fan. I truly think that the defense can get to Jones and force him to make bad throws. This should be a big sack game for the guys up front.
ALSO PLAY: PACKERS- THE PACKERS D IS UNDERATED THIS YEAR. THEY SHOULD CLEAN UP THIS WEEKEND AGAINST A JAGS OFFENSE THAT FRANKLY ISNT THAT GOOD. THE PACKERS JUST SEEM TO BE ON A DIFFERENT LEVEL AND SHOULD FORCE MULTIPLE TURNOVERS AND POSSIBLY SCORE.
BEARS- MONDAY NIGHT IS A DECENT DIVISIONAL MATCHUP AGAINST MINNESOTA THAT WILL NEED THE DEFENSE TO STEP UP. THEY WONT EXCEL BUT I CAN SEE THEM GETTING A PICK 6 FROM COUSINS.
